Topeak TubiCartridge T16 Tubeless Repair Kit

The TubiCartridge T16 is a compact tool that allows you to patch your tubeless tyres quickly and safely. Topeak combines the classic Rope design with a clever, reusable tip-plug design. The actual tyre plug is inserted into the tyre via the special TipPlug, eliminating the need to roughen the tyre and turn the tool.

For added convenience, the TipPlug has a mount for CO2 pumps. This means that the tyre can be re-inflated directly via the insertion tool during the patching process. Of course, the handy tubeless tool can also be used for patching tyres without an inflator. The tyre is then inflated in the classic way via the valve.

Note:
Filling the tyre with CO2 hardens the inserted plug, making it difficult to remove. The manufacturer recommends waiting about two minutes after filling the tyre until the plug is softer again and only then removing the plug insertion tool.
