The Schwalbe AEROTHAN SCV 6 AE+ is a TPU tube with Clik Valve Technology (SCV) for 20" wheels with a tyre width of up to 65 mm.
Schwalbe AEROTHAN TPU inner tubes are an ideal upgrade for performance-oriented road cyclists who want a more lightweight, space-saving and fast-rolling alternative to classic butyl or latex tubes on their bikes.
Schwalbe Clik Valve is a click valve system in which the compatible Clik Valve pump head is simply clicked on and removed again after filling. In addition, the valve remains compatible with conventional pumps for Presta valves.
The Aerothan Plus version has an increased wall thickness and should therefore significantly improve puncture protection compared to the standard Aerothan tube. At the same time, the low rolling resistance of the Aerothan series is retained.
Schwalbe Aerothan Plus:
• MORE PUNCTURE RESISTANCE: Thanks to the increased wall thickness, the Aerothan Plus hose offers around 80 % more puncture resistance compared to the standard Aerothan hose.
• INCREASED PUNCTURE PROTECTION: The reinforced construction should also offer around 20 % more protection against punctures.
