Highlights & Technologies:

RECYCLED PET:
The polyester yarn in this product comes (in part) from PET bottles that have been collected, cleaned and processed into granulate. 

T-PAD YOUTH:
The "T" in the name stands for "Trail & Travel" and thus directly describes its ideal purpose: This pad is made for adventurous journeys, leisurely tours and fast trails and is optimised for the anatomy of young bike enthusiasts. The soft foam of the pad offers a pleasant combination of high support and great freedom of movement.

STRETCH:
The material’s high elasticity is achieved through a high percentage of elastane or through a special knitting / weaving technology. The elasticity of the material increases comfort, performance and freedom of movement.

GREEN SHAPE:
Products with VAUDE's own label fulfil various manufacturer-specific requirements with regard to environmental and social factors, including, for example, material-efficient design, durability, recyclability and reparability. VAUDE checks the entire product life cycle when awarding this label. According to the manufacturer, all VAUDE articles with this label are PFC-free, are largely made from recycled or bio-based materials and also bear the GREEN BUTTON seal.

The German textile seal GRÜNER KNOPF (“Green Button”) identifies textiles that meet high social and environmental standards. The basis of the verification of theses standards is partly carried out via third-party, independent meta-labels. The publisher of the GREEN BUTTON seal is the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
